One or 2 beautiful hand painted wine glasses on Ravenscroft crystal (at checkout you will have the option of purchasing a single glass or a set of 2 glasses). Intricate artwork winds all around the glass. So satisfying to twirl in your hands and marvel at the detail while you are enjoying a glass of wine. When u peer down into this glass as it is getting emptier, u can see a beautiful mandala of sorts on the bottom. These wine glasses are rather unique and definitely conversation pieces. I have inserted red velvet inside the glass for some of the photos to illustrate what the glass will look like with wine in it and also to have more contrast for you to see the intricate designs. I have also included photos of the glass in the sun so you can see the amazing depth and shine of the gold paint!
Dimensions/ Materials:
This glass is approximately 9 inches tall and holds 22 oz of liquid.
The glass itself is 100% lead free crystal manufactured by the company Ravenscroft. It is high quality glassware with spakling clarity. This particular wine glass is the Bordeaux / Cabernet glass from they're 'Invisibles' line of glasses so they are very lightweight and delicate, so please handle with care.
Description of my process:
This beautiful glassware is hand painted by myself with non toxic glass paint and then heat set to cure and preserve my original artwork. This wine glass / goblet / chalice can be hand washed without worry of the paint rubbing off. Each one is unique and made with loving attention to detail to create a dazzling product. Each one is signed by myself on the bottom of the foot.
My inspiration:
I have been a henna artist for the past 20 years so this is reflected in the style in which I paint. I embrace the traditional patterns as well the modern look. If u look at the different sections of my shop you will find that I also hand paint wood jewelry, wood coasters, glass jars and ornaments. Each item I create is unique due to its hand painted nature.
